At each meeting, space is provided for 12-14 corporate displays. These display tables are located outside the meeting room and may be set up prior to the start of presentations and remain in place till the meeting ends on Saturday afternoon. Availability is on a first come basis.

Included in the display fee is meeting registration for two company representatives. Representatives are invited to attend the meeting and all social events.
